Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24hrs of receiving order 

 Every customer is important to Excellent Scrubs and want to ensure every order is filled, correctly and in a timely manner.  Excellent Scrubs is closed on major holidays (i.e. New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). With this being said any orders made close to a major holiday will experience delays. Please allow additional time between Excellent Scrub shipping your order and you receiving your order,

Items that include embroidery or a custom logo will ship after the embroidery process has been completed.  Typically, custom logo embroidery will add an additional processing time of 2-3 business days.In-Stock items received by 12PM EST normally process the same day or the next business day. Embroidered items will add an additional 2-3 business days to the processing time.

Any delays in shipping will be communicated via email or phone number provided by the customer on Excellent Scrubs order form.

Shipment confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your order details and the selected shipping method. You will receive a second email with the tracking number once the item has been shipped.

Excellent Scrubs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Excellent Scrubs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
